We all long to awaken to our truest self. Aligning ourselves with the flow of life involves integrating the mind and heart, learning to live in the present, becoming embodied, and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth. Challenges are a natural part of life; relationships change, work changes, our bodies change. Even things that appear to be bedrock can undergo enexpected shifts. Our nature as human beings is to resist change. In transition lies the fear of the unknown and the discomfort of losing how things used to be. However, what we fear may be the same things that opens us up to living with authenticity, courage and joy.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you can shift how you relate to yourself, leave behind destructive beliefs, and cultivate a grounded sense of well-being. My Menlo Park office is a safe environment where together we can find ways to access your intuition and live from the heart. Taking time to improve your habits, mood, and relationships can allow you to be more joyful and fulfilled-- not just now, but for years to come.
