The interface between psychology and spirituality is central to my contemplative approach to psychotherapy, which integrates contemporary psychotherapy with the timeless wisdom of Buddhist Psychology and Nondual Wisdom.
My primary interest is in helping individuals and couples find resolution to lifes challenges through an in-depth process of rediscovery of our basic nature of awareness, and revealing our inmates capacity for change, healing and growth.
With individuals I focus on existential and life transition issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, spirituality, personal growth, relational challenges, addictions, and cultural adaptation to life in the US.
With couples I focus on helping create and support conscious and spiritually oriented relationships, as well as pre-marital counseling, separation and divorce challenges, trust and infidelity, intimacy, and improving communication.
I offer bilingual therapy English-Italian, specializing in difficulties with cultural adaptation to life in the US
I offer a FREE 20 minute phone consultation.

I have been maintaining regular meditation practice since 2003 and have participated in several multi-day retreats and trainings in the Vipassana, Zen and Tibetan traditions with both Eastern and Western teachers.
In addition to my personal practice, I have been leading a weekly meditation and awareness exploration group since 2010, and provide individual guidance and support. My practice is also supported by dedicated ongoing exploration of nondual wisdom.
